Significant and unique Initiatives

Developed and launched a unique “Quality Club Award” in order to uplift the qualitative factors of a club with two different avenues called club quality and club engagement. This award scheme was started in 2016 and its still being used annually across the district and introduced to the region, when I was the Region 13 Advisor.

A high-profile “CEO forum” has been introduced to the district for the first time, in order to promote toastmasters Program in the corporate world. We invited CEOs or HR Heads of corporates which are not having a club and introduced the benefits of the program to them at a breakfast meeting by another CEO, who is having a Toastmasters Club. It paved to have several more corporate clubs.

Introduced a “Road Show”, which is targeted the remote cities to propagate the Toastmasters Brand amongst their communities. It was organized by the clubs in the city, who will then be able to strengthen the membership of the club as well as to open new clubs.

The “Club Retention Chair” position was first introduced in the district in 2016, when I was the District Director. This has shown a great success, where we were able to revive 233clubs out of 238 base to achieve distinguished club status and to sustain all of them with a very high retentio

GLOBAL GROWTH GAME PLAN

As a Toastmasters International director candidate, my mission is to support the members of the board to develop strategies to inspire and empower individuals to unleash their inner greatness through effective communication and leadership development. I am committed to fostering an environment that nurtures personal growth, self-confidence, and the unleashing of untapped potential within each member.

To achieve this, I will prioritize member care as the foundation of our community. I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that values cultural diversity, promotes active participation, and encourages collaboration. By cultivating a culture of care and empathy, we can foster an environment where members feel valued, respected, and inspired to reach their full potential.

In today's rapidly evolving world, I will promote the effective utilization of technology within Toastmasters, ensuring that our members have access to innovative tools, resources, and platforms that enhance their learning experience. By embracing technology, we can reach a wider audience, facilitate virtual collaboration, and adapt to the ever-changing communication landscape.

Moreover, creative leadership is essential for personal and professional growth. We shall foster an environment that encourages creative thinking and experimentation. Through workshops, training, webinars, and mentorship programs, we will equip members with the skills and mindset necessary to embrace their creative potential, think outside the box, and confidently navigate challenges.

Already Toastmasters carries out many great initiatives for these purposes, and it is opportune time we connect these initiatives (like connecting the dots) and give a holistic experience to the members, leaders, and the corporates.
